Do you want to found a cooperative or a platform coop? We support you from the first idea to the founding and registration of your cooperative enterprise. For common good-oriented organizations, we offer free consulting through the Nachhaltig Wirken and Social Economy Berlin programs.

2 · Design
Together we develop the statutes, governance and business model of your platform coop and support you in finding an auditing association and other consulting partners.
3 · Founding & growth
We accompany the founding, financing and first steps within the cooperative ecosystem. We also support the transformation of companies into cooperatives or companies in stewardship ownership.
What we do
Consulting programmes & tools
We provide advice in various contexts and programs: for example, through certified INQA coaching, the Nachhaltig Wirken program, or Social Economy Berlin. These funded consulting services are explicitly aimed at common good-oriented companies. We also advise traditional companies and projects.
2024–2026
Nachhaltig Wirken
Within the “Nachhaltig Wirken” programme of the BMWE and the European Social Fund (ESF+) we offer free short consultations for common good-oriented companies as well as events and knowledge building around the cooperative, digital economy.

INQA-Coaching
Platform Coops offers certified INQA-Coaching since 2026. Companies receive professional support to shape change processes together with their employees – practice-oriented, participation-focused and with a view to the future.

Partner in the consultancy network of Social Economy Berlin – a project of SEND e.V., Technologie-Netzwerk Berlin e.V. and the Berlin Senate Department for Economics.
