We create an overview of your digital infrastructure and evaluate risks: dependencies, costs and security flaws. Based on this, we develop a roadmap with an action plan.

Digital Sovereignty
A handful of US corporations control cloud, office, search, AI and payment. We inform European SMEs and cooperatives about digital dependency and show alternatives.
The Problem
of the EU cloud market is held by AWS, Azure & Google
Cloud, office software, search engines, AI and payment services are currently dominated by a few large corporations. This makes companies dependent and drives up costs: prices for VMware have increased by 800 to 1,500% in some cases, and Microsoft 365 by 43%. At the same time, data protection problems arise because US companies can be subject to US law despite the GDPR. As a result, money, tax revenues and control are increasingly flowing abroad.
In the future, it will therefore become increasingly important that digital systems are open and interoperable. Data must be easy to transfer and providers must be able to be changed. We don't have to develop and operate everything ourselves - but we must have a real choice. Our data must be protected, and we must not be dependent on a single provider granting us access to important digital services.
Our Services
We create an overview of your digital infrastructure and evaluate risks: dependencies, costs and security flaws. Based on this, we develop a roadmap with an action plan.
We plan and accompany the step-by-step replacement of technical providers without operational risk: personal-data workloads first, open formats, two-provider principle and exit clauses.
We select the appropriate funding program and develop an evidence-based application that clearly and comprehensibly presents the context: Problem → Evidence → Solution → Impact.
